Initially, our Banciao City restaurant served Western steak based on the principle of generating higher sales volume with a lower profit margin. Its affordable price attracted consumers from all walks of life, opening up a large market for the restaurant and laying a solid foundation for Noble Family. From Taipei County, Noble Family Steak House established its reputation in the market. More and more franchises were set up and within just a few years, Noble has become a leader in the affordable segment of the food and beverage industry. Backed by its importing business and processing factory, Noble Family sells its own products and thereby ensures a low cost and an adequate supply, creating the maximum profit for all its franchisees.

Following the robust economic development in mainland China, its food, clothing, housing, transportation, education and entertainment industries are also catching up with the world. Western cuisine is becoming more and more commonly accepted among Chinese consumers, especially the younger generation. Today, Western food is in vogue and has become the new food trend.

In 2003, Noble Family Steak House ventured into the mainland Chinese market by setting up its first restaurant in Fuzhou. Relying on its success model in Taiwan and strong back-up support, Noble Family has now expanded to nearly 40 franchises.
